Continually on the uptick, LaCenterra recently made another great marketing move and partnered with POP Video to produce some promotional video content. LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch is a 34-acre, 300,000 square foot Main Street style mixed-use development located on the western edge of metropolitan Houston in Katy, TX on the Grand Parkway three miles south of Interstate 10 with prominent freeway visibility. The property is nestled in the heart of Cinco Ranch, one of the nation’s top-selling master planned communities for the last seven years. They’ve been expanding ever since they opened, and in November of 2013 they broke ground on an additional 37,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 36,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space and a parking garage. LaCenterra attracts visitors from all over the city of Houston as well as local and national retailers.
POP Video spent two days at LaCenterra and captured everything they had to offer – Restaurants and bars, tacos and margaritas, boutiques and bakeries, lush landscaping and family activities. We also spent some time speaking with the founder of LaCenterra and the president of Vista, the development company responsible for the space. Utilizing this footage in conjunction with marketing materials from LaCenterra, POP Video will produce two videos initially – one promotional video for use on the LaCenterra website and other mediums, and one trade show loop. These videos will help extend LaCenterra’s reach even further. The main promotional video will show Houstonians what LaCenterra has to offer them in terms of nightlife, shops, food, and family fun. The trade show loop will showcase to national retailers the potential for their business to succeed at LaCenterra. In the long run, POP Video will remain partnered with LaCenterra to capture footage year-round, of special events and of the continued expansion. With this strategy in place, LaCenterra will have the flexibility to re-cut their promotional content per season, per trade show or per specific application or target audience. More importantly, they’ll continue to build a slew of content options for different platforms. Check out some stills from the two day shoot:

These images show the true diversity of LaCenterra’s offerings. They really do have something for everyone. More importantly, these images offer a glimpse into the flexible nature of the content they’re obtaining. These images can be used for web design, trade show booth banners, print materials, billboards, etc. The videos we produce for them can be used on their website and at trade shows as planned, but can also be re-purposed for a TV spot, a web series, social media content, etc. All of the graphic treatments produced for LaCenterra’s videos can be utilized to strengthen their brand by being incorporated across all mediums listed above. All of this together will serve as a consistent front for the LaCenterra brand. This is what we mean when we say video marketing. This is what we mean when we talk about using video as a platform for corporate content creation.
